An Insider's view of Relocity

How does your team reward individual success?

As someone who began at Relocity as a Relocation Consultant, then was promoted to Area Operations Manager and is now Director of Operations for America, I can report that there are still lots of opportunities for advancement for people who step up and apply themselves. We have a great team that enjoys working together.

Simone

Director of Operations

What projects are you most excited about?

As a software engineer, I have been a part of developing Relocity’s tech platform from the ground up. It’s a rare opportunity to be part of an in-house department that is creating a custom, proprietary platform, and then see it implemented successfully, knowing it’s making a huge difference for both our staff and our customers.

Cory

Software Engineer

What are some things you learned at the company?

I get to use the latest technologies such as Laravel on the back end and Vue on the front end to create a meaningful online user experience. It’s great having the opportunity to learn about Laravel’s serverless technology and other forward-looking features like machine learning, which will enhance our client experience even more.

Michael

Software Engineer

How do you empower your team to be more creative?

When I started a year ago, we had 32 employees. We now have over 100, and have expanded to 3 continents, it’s been a thrill being part of such rapid growth, now including global hiring! Leadership is open to giving us new responsibilities like helping with branding and working with cross-functional teams to improve the employee experience.
