Your Role:

The Facility Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety of the facility.  This role includes a combination of hands-on facility management, administrative support, and occasional transportation of guests, employees, and VIP visitors as needed, ensuring professional and hospitable experience. 

Responsibilities 

Facility Operations 

  • Supervise and coordinate building maintenance, repairs, routine inspections, and security operations. 
  • Monitor building systems including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and safety equipment.  
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies. 
  • Manage and oversee contractors, vendors, and service providers for facility-related work. 
  • Monitor facility budgets, invoices, and supply inventories. 
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. 

Office Administration 

  • Maintain facility records including service logs, inspection reports, and work orders. 
  • Track and manage inventory supplies, tools and equipment. 
  • Assist with procurement of office supplies, equipment, and facility materials. 
  • Prepare reports, purchase orders, and documentation as required by management. 
  • Coordinate meetings, office events, and logistics for internal and external guests. 
  • Create and maintain facility schedules, preventive maintenance calendars, and checklists. 

Guest and Transportation Support 

  • Occasionally, drive company vehicles to transport guests, executives, or employees to and from airports, hotels, or company sites. 
  • Ensure company vehicles are maintained, clean, and in safe operating condition. 
  • Schedule and coordinate pick-up and drop-off times with professionalism and punctuality. 
  • Provide courteous and safe transportation while maintaining confidentiality and discretion. 

Basic Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility operations or building maintenance and office administration, or related field. 
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. 
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform light maintenance tasks when needed. 
  • Professional appearance and customer service-oriented demeanor. 

Preferred Skills 

  • Experience with facility management systems (FMS) or work order tracking software. 
  • knowledge of safety and compliance standards (OSHA, ADA, etc.). 
  • Previous experience driving executives or guests preferred. 
  • Manufacturing company experience with a R&D center onsite. 

Work Environment: 

  • Full-time, on-site position from 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday - Friday.  
  • Must be available for occasional early morning, evening, or weekend assignments as needed. 
  • Might require light physical labor and occasional outdoor work 

Salary Range:

($100K-$120K DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
