This highly visible role manages the end-to-end executive briefing process—from initial request through seamless execution. It involves close collaboration with Dynatrace’s senior executives, sales leaders, and account teams to deliver impactful, customer-focused experiences. As part of a mobile Executive Briefing Program, the role includes coordinating logistics across North America, selecting strategic locations, and partnering with trusted third-party vendors to deliver high-touch engagements. The work blends strategic planning, relationship-building with internal stakeholders, and detailed execution—including the design of tailored agendas that support meaningful conversations with key customers—all within a dynamic, travel-enabled environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end coordination of executive briefings, ensuring alignment with strategic account goals and customer engagement objectives.
  • Partner with account teams and senior stakeholders to define briefing goals, curate relevant content, and identify appropriate discussion leaders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal subject matter experts and executives to support briefing content and delivery.
  • Manage briefing logistics across North America, including venue selection, travel coordination, and on-site execution for mobile engagements.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery for catering, transportation, A/V, and other briefing-related needs.
  • Ensure briefing readiness, including speaker preparation, content alignment, and coordination of briefing materials and collateral.
  • Deliver premium customer experiences, acting as a concierge for visiting customers and ensuring every touchpoint reflects Dynatrace’s brand and standards.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts, contributing ideas to enhance briefing operations, customer experience, and program scalability.

Candidates will be required to work hybrid (2 days per week) out of our Dynatrace Mountain View, CA office.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in customer marketing, event planning, executive engagement, or program coordination.

Preferred Experience:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams and senior-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom).
  • Willingness to travel as part of a mobile briefing program.

Compensation and Rewards

DOE, salary $90K - $100K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
