About the Role:
The Executive Briefing Program Coordinator will report to the Director of Executive Customer Programs. As EBP Coordinator you will partner closely with Sales to host virtual executive briefings as well as with the Global Events team to ensure the success of executive briefings at industry conferences. You will be responsible for managing planning processes, timelines, stakeholder communications & enablement, executive engagement, and for overseeing the successful execution of briefings virtually and onsite at conferences.
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented with an aptitude for building partnerships, project management, and a commitment to excellence. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, and deliver on both strategic and tactical program initiatives.
This is expected to be a 9-12 month contract opportunity.
What You'll Do:
- Manage executive briefings in-person, at internal and industry conferences
- Plan and host/facilitate virtual briefings
- Evaluate briefing requests based on sales impact, revenue potential, level of attendees, market segmentation, stage in sales cycle, etc.
- Act as consultant to account manager from initial briefing request to create agenda, source discussion leaders and lead prep calls
- Work with senior leadership, sales, marketing, and other areas of the company to create, plan and execute briefings
- Plan briefings that meet the objectives of both the customer and account team
- Facilitate prep and planning calls with account team and discussion leaders to ensure discussion leaders understand briefing objectives
- Populate and keep briefing management system up to date
- Consult with and coach account managers on successful briefing execution
- Build and maintain relationships with product managers, executives and executive admins regarding processes and procedures necessary to execute successful briefings
- Conduct follow-up on each briefing, identifying post-briefing opportunities
- Create and revise processes and procedures in support of the program's overall objectives
- Maintain relationships with internal users and senior leadership to ensure their objectives are being met
- Stay abreast of new product developments
- Manage special projects as assigned
- Onsite at conferences greet and help customers, prepare meeting rooms, manage meeting logistics and address "day of" briefing escalations
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years event or customer marketing experience; Project management experience.
- Advanced knowledge and/or experience in sales and partner management
- Advanced written/oral communications and analytical and negotiation skills
- Advanced ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of management
- Advanced influencing and consensus-building skills
- Frequent senior management, partner and/or customer interface; frequent cross-functional/cross-organizational interaction on execution of tactics
- Experience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously, with the ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, diverse, and rapidly changing environment.
- Exhibit ability to stay calm under pressure; resilient to set-backs
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
- Cybersecurity industry experience preferred
