Position Overview
We are seeking a high-impact Executive Assistant in a role that blends executive support with business development coordination at Saylor, a creative marketing agency built for the entertainment era. As Executive Assistant, you’ll provide direct administrative support to both our CEO and Head of Accounts—helping them stay organized, focused, and ahead of the curve. You’ll also play a hands-on role in tracking leads, preparing pitches, and supporting marketing and growth efforts. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and wants exposure to how a modern agency operates and grows.


Location and Salary
This is a full-time role in Los Angeles with a salary range of $55,000-$75,000 depending on experience. This is an in-office role, working from our Echo Park office Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

Executive Assistant Support (CEO & Head of Accounts)

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across time zones.
  • Book travel and handle expense reports for CEO and Head of Accounts.
  • Support inbox management and draft communications on behalf of executives.
  • Help prepare briefing materials, presentations, and notes ahead of key meetings.
  • Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups related to internal and external priorities.
  • Assist in organizing internal initiatives, including leadership offsites, company-wide meetings, and strategic planning efforts.

Business Development Support (Head of Accounts)

  • Help manage our business development pipeline: track leads, update BD tools, schedule meetings, and organize follow-ups.
  • Research prospective clients, categories, and competitors to support outreach and strategic positioning.
  • Assist in the creation of pitch decks, case studies, and credential materials, tailoring them to different client needs
  • Coordinate internal teams to gather work samples, bios, and stats for RFPs or new business opportunities.
  • Support planning and logistics for events, conferences, and speaking opportunities (i.e., SXSW, Webby Awards, etc.).

Operations & Coordination

  • Maintain business development calendars and timelines.
  • Help standardize and improve our BD and marketing processes (file organization, naming conventions, etc.).
  • Serve as a friendly and reliable point of contact for internal teams and prospective clients during early stages of conversations.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, creative, sales support, or account/project coordination (agency experience a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
  • Familiarity with CRM and/or Business Development platforms a plus.
  • A self-starter mindset with curiosity about creative marketing, business growth, and client strategy.
  • Comfortable working with executives and navigating fast-paced, evolving priorities.
