Your Role
The Executive Assistant will support a Senior Vice President of Post-Production.
Candidates must be based in Los Angeles.
Role Accountabilities

  • Administrative duties for SVP of Post-Production including scheduling meetings & maintaining calendar, arranging travel, preparing & submitting expense reports, taking meeting notes.
  • Show-related responsibilities including daily problem-solving, reviewing music breakdowns, writing script coverage, managing distribution lists, ordering duplications, scheduling creative review sessions.
  • Company-side responsibilities including attending weekly production and post-production meetings as well as maintaining/improving best practices & procedures along with other post exec. assistants & coordinators.
  • Updating crew & talent databases and maintaining resume files.
  • Reaching out to agencies to check availability of potential post-production crew members.
  • Interacting frequently with post-production teams on multiple shows. Maintaining good relationships with all.
  • Assisting with delivery elements & collaborating with other groups inside the company.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Successful candidate should be a self-starter with a skill for creative problem-solving, who takes initiative and is extremely resourceful.
  • Should be detail-oriented & enjoy multitasking.
  • Should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Should be capable of establishing good working relationships with key players on shows.
  • Ideal candidate will have experience working in post and a working knowledge of the post-production process.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel required.
  • Experience using Pix, Aspera, Scenechronize & AirTable a plus.
  • Script coverage experience a plus.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $42,224.00 - $78,416.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
