You will report directly to the Head of Brand Marketing (HOB) and play a crucial role in facilitating the success of the Brand Marketing team. This position involves providing high-level administrative and operational support to the HOB, as well as the broader Red Bull North America Brand Team. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and alignment within the team while maintaining consistent information flow among internal stakeholders, including the Global Brand Team, Regional Brand Teams, and Cross-Functional Departments across Marketing and Sales.

Your contribution will be vital in keeping the Brand team organized, efficient, and well-connected, enabling Red Bull to continue delivering exceptional brand experiences and marketing excellence.

Job Description

ADMINISTRATIVE EXCELLENCE

Manage the calendar of the Head of Brand, ensuring meetings, travel arrangements, and key commitments are prioritized efficiently.

Provide support for calendar and scheduling needs as required for other senior members of the Brand Team.

Organize domestic and international travel, including planning itineraries, coordinating logistics, and processing expense reports.

Collaborate with the Finance team to monitor and manage the Brand Team's meeting budget, ensuring precision and timely reconciliation.

TEAM OPERATIONS & FACILITATION

Ensure efficient tracking of tasks and projects for the Head of Brand (HOB) and their direct reports to guarantee the timely completion of deliverables.

Organize Brand Team meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, providing recaps, and following up on action items.

Keep the Brand Team documentation well-organized and up-to-date, ensuring all information is accurate, current, and easily accessible for team members.

Serve as the team's organizational center, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across all brand functions.

REPORTING, PRESENTATIONS & DOCUMENTATION

Support the creation, development, and maintenance of brand marketing presentations, including updates for the Global Team, Leadership Team, and Marketing Leadership Team.

Coordinate monthly reporting by ensuring accurate data tracking, consolidation, and distribution to Red Bull North America Marketing and Brand leadership.

Assist in designing visually appealing and brand-consistent presentations that effectively communicate key priorities and results.

LARGE MEETING & EVENT COORDINATION

Collaborate with the Head of Brand (HOB) to plan and execute significant meetings and offsite events, including Director Meetings, Quarterly Brand/Advertising Summits, Brand Leadership Offsites, and the Annual Brand Camp.

Manage all logistics from start to finish, such as venue research, vendor management, budget tracking, and on-site event coordination.

Take charge of agenda planning, note-taking during meetings, overseeing deliverables, and ensuring seamless execution that meets Red Bull's high standards.

 

Qualifications

Experience working in a corporate or professional setting is a plus.

Demonstrates strong attention to detail, follow-through, and discretion when managing confidential information.

Possesses excellent project management and communication skills, with the capability to anticipate needs and take proactive initiative.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word) and open to learning new software tools.

Familiarity with social and digital platforms, paired with a passion for the Red Bull brand and culture.

Energetic, solution-driven, and a true team player who embodies Red Bull’s “give wings to people and ideas” mindset.

Additional Information

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

The base salary range for this position is $68,320 - $102,480 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
