As an Entry Level Project Coordinator, you will work closely with project managers and team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in developing and maintaining project schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for management.
- Help organize project documentation, including meeting minutes, contracts, and reports.
- Support resource allocation by tracking availability and assignments of team members.
- Identify potential project risks and escalate issues to the project manager promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing project priorities.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies is a plus.
