We are expanding our North America Channel Team and seeking a senior-level Enterprise Agency Partner Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise agency partnerships. In this highly visible, quota-carrying role, you will act as a cross-functional leader, driving alignment between partners and internal teams to deliver on ambitious revenue goals. You will engage with C-level executives, develop and execute joint business plans, and leverage data-driven insights to maximize mutual value. As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor colleagues and champion innovation within the channel ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the strategic growth and optimization of a portfolio of enterprise agency partnerships, identifying and executing on opportunities to maximize mutual value and long-term business impact.
- Act as a senior cross-functional leader, driving alignment and collaboration between agency partners and internal teams—including Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Enablement, Delivery, and Marketing—to deliver on shared business objectives and accelerate partner-driven growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive joint business plans with partners, encompassing enablement, co-marketing, co-selling, solution development, and deployment strategies, with clear KPIs and accountability frameworks.
- Own and deliver on ambitious partner-sourced and influenced revenue targets, proactively managing pipeline development, forecasting, and reporting at the enterprise level.
- Leverage data-driven insights and market intelligence to evaluate partnership performance, identify new opportunities, and inform strategic decisions that drive partner and Bloomreach growth.
- Demonstrate the ability to engage, influence, and build trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives at leading enterprise digital marketing and commerce agencies, shaping joint go-to-market strategies and executive sponsorship.
- Champion innovation within the channel ecosystem, piloting new partnership models, go-to-market approaches, and enablement programs to continuously elevate Bloomreach’s market position.
- Support partners throughout the entire sales cycle, including opportunity qualification, joint co-selling with Bloomreach sales teams, and post-implementation success.
- Nurture relationships with partners by joining industry conferences, attending partner events, and hosting “Bloomreach Days.”
- Evaluate potential partnership opportunities based on market dynamics, customer impact, and strategic value.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing best practices and contributing to the ongoing development of the Channel team’s capabilities and culture.
- 7+ years of progressive, quota-carrying experience in Channel Sales or Partner Management within the software or SaaS industry, with a proven track record of success at the enterprise level.
- 5+ years of experience selling or managing partnerships in commerce or marketing agency or technology companies.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with and influencing C-level executives at enterprise digital marketing and commerce agencies.
- Deep knowledge of online/internet/digital marketing technology; marketing background is a plus.
- Well-established presence in the industry with a strong network to leverage.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue quotas in complex, enterprise environments.
- Highly strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented, with exceptional presentation, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, innovative, and able to lead initiatives that drive channel growth and partner success.
- Ability to adapt to new environments and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Travel: Estimated 20-40% (variable).
The on target earnings (OTE) range for this position is $170,000-$210,000, consisting of base plus commission. The pay range actually offered will take into account a variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skills, qualifications, geographic location, accomplishments, experience, credentials, internal equity and business needs, and may vary from the range listed above.
