TITLE:                Sr. iOS Software Engineer
REPORTS TO:   Manager, Mobile Development

TigerConnect is seeking a talented Sr. iOS Engineer to help us build the next generation of secure messaging and workflow optimization tools using the latest iOS technologies. You’ll be working with world-class engineers to design & develop complex features for our sophisticated HIPAA compliant platform that makes physicians and nurses more efficient, and ultimately saves more lives.  What You'll Own:

• Develop and architect features that leverage the latest technologies, such as extensions, inter-app communication and more
• Delight users with Core Animation
• Work with Core Data in a multithreaded environment
• Conduct design and code reviews
• Write unit tests & fix bugs
• Be investigative about how existing code works and how to innovate on top of it
• Work closely with product managers and UX team to take an idea from concept to delivery
• Participate in daily stand up and sprint / release planning meetings
• Collaborate with QA to fix hard-to-reproduce bugs
• Collaborate with backend teams on API development in conjunction with iOS development 

What You Bring to the Table:

• 4+ years of professional native iOS development experience using Swift and/or Objective-C
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming in a constrained mobile environment
• Exposure to and/or experience with CI/CD, TDD, & BDD development processes 
• A hunger for optimization and how to push the hardware to its limits
• Ability to be proactive in taking on new challenges to further your development skills
• A love for simplicity and elegance, over complexity and hacks 
• Excellent verbal and written communication 
• Experience with Agile Development Methodology (e.g. Scrum)
• Exposure to and/or experience with Android development (is a plus)
• Experience developing for products with messaging capabilities (is a plus)
