Affiliate Experience is a newly formed mission-critical team, part of Honey’s Merchant Platform. The team’s charter is strategically positioned to streamline, scale and innovate Affiliate engagement and integration within Honey and across PayPal. The team needs an experienced engineering manager with demonstrated accomplishments in career development, team-formation, technical acumen, strategic vision and leadership.

• Instill strong Software Engineering best-practice and Operational Excellence for your team.

• Help develop long-term product, business and technology strategies.

• Represent the engineering organization and evangelize the work to leadership.
