We have a small, dedicated Engineering team with one of the highest ratios of users to engineers in the industry, making every member of the team critical to our success. We are looking for a Full Stack or Frontend Engineer to grow our CRM team and continue building our dynamic collaborative culture.

As a Senior Software Engineer on the CRM team, you will:

• Build internal and consumer facing tools that reach millions of users globally
• Mentor and collaborate with team members
• Build UI around data pipelines that handle billions of data events per day
• Create new tools and features to leverage user retention
• Partner with CRM Ads and Marketing Teams to drive new users and impact revenue

We're looking for:

• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience developing complex applications using modern web frameworks, such as React or Angular
• Experience debugging and profiling Browsers using Node.js.
• Strong understanding of performance tooling and will proactively improve loading and rendering performance
• Skilled at building large scale distributed systems

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience working with WordPress or other common CMS systems
• Experience building Progressive Web Applications
