Anduril is looking for Senior Program Engineers to join this passionate team of experienced engineers on the ground floor as we embark on cutting-edge projects related to Space Situational Awareness (SSA) and make systems that will change the defense landscape of the future. In this capacity, be the end-to-end owner of the program plan: top level CONOPS, specification, technical risk matrix, schedule, budget, and staffing. As a figurehead of transparency and collaboration, facilitate reviews and weekly meetings. Ask the hard questions and drive consensus.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in an engineering discipline
• 10+ years experience pushing complex software development projects forward
• Demonstrated ability to manage technically complex integrated software and hardware engineering projects and/or products
• Must have previous experience in technical leadership with an emphasis on software project execution as well as product innovation.
• Software and Systems engineering experience: Ability to dive in to technical details where needed without reliance on engineering team members
• Ability to quickly grasp and understand the full scope of development activities and come up to speed quickly in new areas
• Background in software development processes

Desired Requirements:

• Experience seeing a full product development lifecycle, transitioning projects from discovery to prototype to production
• Strong scheduling and burndown experience
• Strong presentation and documentation experience
• DoD and USG contracts experience
• Passion for defending the United States and her allies
