We are looking for a Senior Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. It is a critical role, supporting and maintaining marketing websites for multiple brands. You will be working with the Marketing team, reporting to the Creative Director.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated, team-oriented, independent thinker, who is looking to grow their skills, and has a desire to take on exciting new challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Creative Team implementing their designs into responsive and content-rich web pages on the Drupal 8 CMS

• Support the Marketing Team with SEO and web speed optimization requirements within Google Standards (Page Speed Insight / Lighthouse)

• Organize and maintain 3rd-party plugins/scripts via Tags/Trigger/Variable on GTM (Google Tag Manager)

• Assist with weekly marketing site releases on the Pantheon development platform

• Supporting the Product Team in the implementation of A/B testing, multivariate testing & split url testing

• Manage timelines and meet project deadlines from project managers

• Work closely with the Creative Director and Project Managers

• Mentor junior Developers on the team.

Qualifications:

• Extensive Drupal 8 experience

• 5+ years of HTML5, CSS3, JS, jQuery & PHP development experience

• Responsive web design/development knowledge (e.g. Flexbox, CSS Grid & Bootstrap 3/4)

• Experience with preprocessors and task workers (e.g. SASS and Gulp)

• Strong version control system understanding, preferably GIT

• Experience working with and managing Drupal instances on Pantheon

• Strong understanding of web speed optimization & SEO?• Experience with GTM (Google Tag Manager) & GA (Google Analytics)

• Familiarity with digital experience analytics tools & A/B testing tools (e.g Fullstory & VWO)

• Competent skills in Photoshop and Illustrator and a strong attention to detail in implementing design

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

• Experienced in the Scrum Framework and practices

• Passion for quality engineering & persistent when it comes to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced PHP and JavaScript skill sets.

• Experience with marketing tools (e.g. Hubspot, Zendesk, VWO)
