Anduril Industries is seeking a qualified individual to join a dynamic, fast growing company and team, to serve as a security administrator that will assist the facility security officer (FSO) with a wide range of security responsibilities under the National Industrial Security Program (NISP). The person selected will have a background and experience with many facets of the NISP to ensure compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), associated DD 254s, and other government requirements. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Assist Corporate FSO / manager with security services in managing Anduril’s security program
  • Assist with personnel security processing; submission of paperwork, monitoring clearance processing status; outreach with USG security representatives from other Agencies and companies, as necessary, on issues of reciprocity
  • Help create and maintain the internal clearance database 
  • Maintain active JPAS and DISS accounts
  • Maintain active NISS account 
  • Perform NATO, COMSEC, and courier briefings
  • Assist FSO with self-inspections in accordance with DCSA requirements
  • Maintain personnel security records (citizenship verification, SF-312s, and other security education records)
  • Perform duties in preparing data for transmittal, and maintaining and updating databases
  • Assist with new hires and terminations, SF86 / e-QIP, SWFT, and visit requests
  • Respond in a timely manner to inquiries from the sponsor on the status of pending cases or any other information pertaining to adjudicative support tasks
  • Assist with visitor access and control processes and procedures
  • Tracking periodic reinvestigations to ensure timely submission 
  • Perform and monitor of end of days check program
  • Additional duties as required or assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of security information tool databases, such as SIMS, Access Commander, or Security Control
  • Solid working knowledge and ability to use all functions and administer all actions within JPAS and DISS to include initiating VARs, CSRs, and other personnel related services 
  • Understanding of requirements to receipt, dispatch, transfer, and prepare classified material
  • Understanding of physical security standards for the protection of national security information to include CUI
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • The ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and problem solve to meet the mission 
  • Thorough understanding of the federal rules and regulations of the NISPOM
  • Successful candidate must have a minimum of 6-8 years’ experience and solid track record of excellent customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree in security management, criminal justice, business administration or related field preferred; Associate degree and related experience will be considered in lieu of bachelor’s degree
  • This position requires the applicant to hold a minimum of a DoD secret clearance with the ability to obtain a top secret clearance
  • Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. Security clearance
  • U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience as a COMSEC Manager or alternate
  • Prior experience with special security operations as a CPSO or CSSO
  • FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities Certification
