ringDNA is seeking a passionate Quality Assurance Engineer who has a strong background in Salesforce to join our growing team in our Sherman Oaks office.

This position will work closely with QA and development teams to build a variety of test automation tools and solutions. Your tools will help to find, debug, isolate and resolve defects. You will be working in a collaborative environment with a focus on quality to ensure the delivery of high-quality distributed Salesforce SaaS application to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day testing of the ringDNA’s Salesforce native application, working with different functional groups & offshore teams
• Design, creation, updating and execution of automated and manual Salesforce test cases in our test case database
• Maintain the Salesforce QA environments
• Develop and implement plans for Salesforce-focused load / scale testing
• Diagnose test coverage and address gaps
• Configure and troubleshoot Salesforce permissions and field accessibility for users and admins
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve Salesforce and ringDNA product configuration issues
• Report test results and measure test quality 
• Work with Product Owners and Developers to validate test coverage against business requirements
• Work with Product Owners and Developers to optimize the testing strategies to ensure QA team efficiency
• Publish, review, and update technical documentation

Requirements:

• Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent experience required
• 3+ years of industry experience testing Salesforce Applications
• 2+ years of Salesforce platform/application experience
• 3+ year of QA automation and manual testing experience
• 1+ years working with Agile Scrum teams
• Experience with load/performance testing tools
• Exposure to Salesforce Apex code
• Work collaboratively with peers and independently
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• SQL experience a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Accounting or equivalent years of industry experience
