As a Salesforce Developer, you will be delivering critical pieces of our servicing system. You will be an integral part of the Fair Payments Team, responsible for owning and executing delivery of custom solutions that are uniquely tailored to our business needs. Our solutions utilize deeply technical aspects of all areas of the Salesforce.com platform, and require the highest quality implementations built for scale, efficiency, and a great customer experience. You will work directly with our Concierge Service Leads to understand the clients needs and detailed requirements, and will be responsible for developing a robust solution to meet those needs. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for the technical excellence of any project that you get assigned to.
What you will do:
- Design, implement and deploy Salesforce based cloud application solutions to internal business teams within Fair
- Architect and execute feature enhancements and integration improvements
- Drive best practices moving forward in all SFDC development and integrations
- Research on new cloud technologies and APIs related to Salesforce platform
What you will need:
- 4+ years of experience developing SFDC solutions and integrations
- Extensive skills with Apex, Visualforce, and Flow
- Software development experience
- Has built enterprise level integrations
- Prior work experience in Lightning strongly preferred
Bonus Points:
- Developer related certifications
- Experience developing in Ruby
- Experience integrating Salesforce with NetSuite or another ERP
- Experience building and maintaining microservices
- Experience using Heroku Salesforce Connect
- Experience with Salesforce Communities
