So right now we are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with a deep background in managing enhancements and implementations to the system in line with given business needs. As well as maintaining and enhancing visual layout, workflow rules and business logic to streamline and enhance business processes and improve user experiences.

How does this role contribute to the cause?

This role will impact our organization by performing hands-on technical implementation for company-wide business systems that support Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Human Resources. It will require the integration of other systems with Salesforce and/or expertise in Salesforce apps like Zuora, Sertifii, Gainsight, Taskray, LiveAgent, Pardot, and SalesLoft.

Who will be successful in this role?

A hands on certified administrator (ADM201 minimum, ADM211 strongly desired) with the ability to plan, organize and establish priorities to meet business goals and achieve results. This role requires fast paced, high energy, outcome driven results, working with multiple stakeholders to drive business growth.

Some of our must haves include a strong experience (5+ years) as a Salesforce Admin. Strong direct experience with Salesforce technologies including workflows, assignment rules, triggers, Visual Force pages, custom fields, APEX code, Importer and Dataloader. Including creating and maintaining documentation of all application integrations and all custom development on the Salesforce platform. A business solutions collaborative mindset is a must in this role.
