What You'll Do:
Study and understand detailed workflows for the function you support
Work with the functional management team to establish quality scorecards that measure process, solution, product knowledge, industry knowledge and skills
Establish rubrics for scoring guides that can be used by any scorer
Conduct quality reviews that may include manual audits of records and calls to analyze trends for improvement opportunities
Work with Enablement Managers on new hire onboarding to ensure new hires are meeting a high-quality bar before beginning their job duties
Report out on findings and recommend corrective actions
Conduct proactive smart audits that identify areas of improvement or prevent potential issues in current processes
Conduct ad hoc audits on request from other departments
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree required
Entry-level experience, specifically in quality and/or process improvement
Knowledge of process improvement disciplines like Lean, Kaizen a plus
Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets
Self-starter, works independently and maintains positive, enthusiastic attitude
Deep curiosity to understand root cause of issues
