We are looking for a QA Analyst who will help This role will help ensure the quality and efficiency of AppOnboard’s product releases and processes. You will be responsible for testing a variety of new releases before and after deployment, continually optimizing our products, and working with engineering and product leads to recommend actionable steps to solutions. Job Details:

• Identify bugs/issues on production releases and test existing and new features
• Communicate and collaborate with necessary departments to solve identified problems
• Document, track and update issues in issue management systems
• Coordinate with product and engineering on continuous software release cycle
• Bug triage, smoke testing, sanity testing & regression testing
• Integrate directly with engineering teams to help estimate project and task efforts
• Q.A. & Q.C. responsibilities for product release cycles

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years’ experience in QA testing with knowledge of best practices, processes, and methodologies
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Expertise in diagnosing and recommending solutions to bugs, problems & errors
• Experience with manual hands-on testing mobile apps and mobile games
• Knowledge of agile development practices, continuous integration, and continuous deployment and improvement of product
• Ability to troubleshoot environmental issues by analyzing server/console/device log
• Familiarity with both white-box and black-box testing
• Working knowledge of iOS and Android mobile devices and Windows and Mac desktops
• Knowledge and passion for mobile and gaming
• JIRA Bug Tracking experience
