FabFitFun, one of the fastest growing companies in L.A. and the U.S. according to Inc, Forbes and E&Y, is seeking a QA Delivery Manager to join our growing QA team. This QA Delivery Manager will provide support to Product and Engineering teams by reviewing requirements and completion of code readiness in regards to QA for all upcoming projects.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive and support the Product, DevOps and Engineering teams in developing test processes around releases, sprints, user stories and requirements development as well as documentation, planning activities, backlog management and communication strategies
  • Review in-coming projects before they are handed off to the QA team for review and testing
  • Collaborate with Development, Product and Release management teams on deploying changes to the QA Environment as needed
  • Work with Engineering and Product teams to convert requirements and design documents into a test plan containing an overview, collection of test cases and test scripts
  • Participate in improving delivery and test processes, and propose new ideas on how to improve customer satisfaction and quality of product.
  • Review test cases and scripts created by other team members to ensure that proper test coverage has been developed
  • Work with Engineering and Product teams to ensure the necessary data is built and available and that test environments are available and functional.

What you’ll bring:

  • 10+ years of QA experience with various software testing methodologies including; unit, integration, functional, manual, load and regression
  • 5+ years of experience as a QA and/or PPQA Manager responsible for developing delivery strategies that include designing, planning and executing testing
  • Expert knowledge of quality assurance processes throughout the entire Delivery Lifecycle
  • Advanced knowledge in both functional/black-box testing and white/grey-box testing.
  • Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environment
  • Knowledge of utilizing test management tools (Jira,Testrail/TestLodge/Pivotal Tracker/Selenium)
  • Outstanding time management, prioritization, and independence as well as keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with cross-functionally with internal and distributed teams.
  • Experience with Cross-browser and mobile testing.
  • Any knowledge or experience with test automation tools would be a plus!
