Join First Resonance as a Sr. Manufacturing Success Engineer and disrupt the manufacturing industry with ION. This role will be critical to our customers in getting the best results possible, and the ideal candidate is someone that is thrilled by the opportunity to partner with next-gen manufacturing companies.

This opportunity includes creating automated tools to promote user retention, gathering insights from customers, and cross functional partnership with sales, marketing, product, engineering and more. Ideal candidates are data-driven, curious, inquisitive, and committed to rapid learning and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding and engagement with business users, and understanding their priorities, workloads, and needs.
  • Engineering Engagement – Relentlessly champion and advocate driving product feedback, feature requests to address customer pain points and improve ION's resiliency.
  • Strategic Project Execution – Own project-level issues and actively drive them towards resolution whilst ensuring support and engineering readiness for key milestones.
  • Critical Problem Resolution – Drive fast mitigation of issues impacting critical workloads and provide timely communication.
  • Manage and contribute to our online knowledge base, and identify and report software bugs.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Writing technical documentation, support articles and user training videos
  • Technical training of customers and partners as needed
  • Establish credibility, trust, and maintain a strong rapport with our customers

Qualifications

  • At least 7+ Years of experience related to manufacturing of autonomous vehicles, computer vision, robotics, etc.
  • Bachelor’s Degree related to Engineering, Computer Science, or Technology.
  • Competency with ERP, MES, and PLM systems. Experience with part BOMs, production workflows, and production jargon (takt, yield, throughput, issues, first article inspection, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills in both written and oral English language.
  • Ability to analyze data, think critically, and troubleshoot.
  • Ability to learn new software features and with minimal guidance.
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset, an eagerness to learn, and approaches change with optimism and resilience.
  • Curiosity to help solve manufacturing problems with modern software.
  • Willingness to travel to customers (Up to 25%).
  • Competency with SQL, GraphQL, and Python is a plus.
  • Understanding Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban development methodologies.
