Duties: Lead Quality Assurance Engineering functions associated with the development of Heal's backend services, including REST interfaces, for a high throughput, high performance multi datacenter environment. Review the existing design process and testing and monitoring protocols to develop and implement improvements through the software development cycle while also determining the feasibility of integrating human interaction and software automation tests. Work with other developers and designers to plan and implement the latest testing procedures for Heal's entire technology stack. Review encryption algorithms to protect health-related data and employ Java.

Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, plus four (4) years of experience as an Quality Assurance Engineer or Software Engineer, including experience in designing and executing tests for web services and applications; working on functional, integration, and regression testing of website on multiple web and mobile devices; identifying and automating test cases using tools and frameworks for web and device automation including Selenium Web Driver, Appium, Sauce Labs; and developing test plans and test cases based on product specification documents, and participating in Agile software development life cycle.
