About The Role

We are looking for a junior software engineer to join our bootstrapped start-up. We have a fully functional product with an engaged customer base and credible relationships with and respected industry leaders and advisors.

We are incredibly enthusiastic about what is ahead of us and excited to find the right passionate engineer to join our team. Important - We are a bootstrapped start-up and pre-money. This opportunity is an equity-only compensation offering - no one on the team is taking a salary until we fundraise, which we expect will be in the coming 3-4 months. 

Additionally, we are a fully distributed team, and while a Los Angeles or San Francisco location is preferred, we are open to other US locations. However, a North American location is essential, and therefore we are unable to accept applications from different locations/timezones.

About you

You are driven, motivated, and have a can-do attitude to getting things done and making sure we move quickly. You're a self-starter with a couple of years experience with rails, react and form-based UI

Requirements

• Experience with Ruby on Rails or React (ideally both) with two (2) years minimum professional experience. 
• Experience building form-based UIs
• Experience with Ant design a big plus
• Experience with Google Calendar API / Slack API / any HRIS integration big plus
• Easy going, open-minded, and an excellent communicator.
