About This Role:
As a member of the QA team at Crexi, you will be a champion for quality across the company. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is excited to learn about quality assurance processes, and determined to deliver the best experience to Crexi's users. As part of a growing team, you will be instrumental in ensuring high-quality standards for all of our deployments, as well as helping to improve the current QA processes, and adding to the QA team culture. As the in-house expert on our public and internal systems, you will have the chance to work with, and add value to, all parts of the organization.
What You'll Do:
As a Jr. QA Engineer, you will work under the supervision of senior team members and a QA Lead to assist in various responsibilities including bug verification and documentation, functional testing, regression testing, and test plan execution.
- Execute test plans to validate correct functionality.
- Assist in developing and documenting test plans.
- Assist our support team in troubleshooting site issues.
- Collaborate closely with various internal teams in verifying, documenting, and triaging reported bugs.
- Participate in regular regression testing of the Crexi platform.

- Experience with DevTools, troubleshooting, HTML/CSS.
