About the Job.

We're looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer to join our team creating the client-side of our applications. This position will be primarily focused on new development and projects, building and architecting services from scratch. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Building new UI tools and modifying all existing tools to optimize with growth
• Maintaining all new applications, including working with microservices and creating APIs/API implementations
• Adding new UI features to tools such as Apache Superset
• Ensuring the technical feasibility of all UX/UI designs
• Collaborating with backend engineers to improve usability 
• Participating in the complete software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment

What you have:

• 3-5 years of software engineering experience, preferably in a technical startup environment
• 3+ years working experience with JavaScript, including knowledge of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as ReactJS, NodeJS, Webpack, and Babel
• Experience using markup languages like HTML5 and CSS3 to create clean UX/UI for end-users
• Familiarity with backend languages (Ruby or Python/Flask) a huge plus
• Experience with Lerna, D3, or Less a plus
