We are currently searching for an Integration Engineer that can help our clients implement and integrate tools used across their companies.This is a full-time position (W2 employee).Any experience in healthcare is a plus.Key Requirements: * Experience implementing and administrating Jira Software (Cloud)* Experience integrating Jira with other platforms (e.g., Zendesk, PagerDuty, etc.)* Experience implementing support desk (ticketing) systems from scratch* Knowledge of ITSM concepts* Knowledge of frameworks such as Agile/Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall* Experience designing and implementing workflows for different departments (e.g., Legal, Engineering)* Experience as a Project Manager (minimum 1-2 years)Other Requirements:* Experience managing engineering projects is strongly desired* Ability to work independently, without much supervision, and ensure project goals are met* Prior experience consulting is strongly desired* Ability to prepare status reports and related project documentation* Excellent communication skills - written and oralBenefits:This is a full-time, W2 position (not a contract) with Blue Pisces Consulting Inc.
