What You’ll Be Helping Achieve

We’re looking for a experienced full-stack developer and technology strategist that will help build amazing experiences, and enhance existing ones, for an innovate tech startup that’s focused on rewarding people for doing good and helping others. As a full-stack developer and technology strategist, you’ll interact with internal partners daily to help bring new ideas to life. From developing new features for our existing platform, to building new, game-changing industry solutions, you’ll be at the heart of the our company, and serve a very key role in our organization.

Working directly with a small, but growing team of like-minded do-gooders, you’ll help to shape, craft, and execute on our overall product and technical strategy. You’ll develop/build fun and engaging products that enables ordinary people the ability to do something good for their friends, family, and community. You’ll partner with internal and external stakeholders to brainstorm, provide status, and co-create.

To succeed in this challenging, but highly-rewarding role, you’ll need to be a very experienced Full-Stack Developer and Technology Strategist that’s creative, dependable, have a strong attention to detail, and can build unbelievable technology solutions for our users and clients. The ability to think strategically, while working under a high-pressure, results-oriented environment is needed in order to succeed. Candidates will have at least 7-10 years as a software developer.

What You’ll Do

• Build new, game-changing, innovative technology solutions that focuses on consumer product safety

• Create product roadmaps and team with internal leaders to help identify future product enhancements and their placement in the product roadmap

• Write both front-end and back-end code and build amazing features to help our users across both mobile web and desktop

• Design, develop, test and release new and existing products and product features

What’s Needed to Excel in This Opportunity

• Full stack development experience with one or more languages (Node.js, Java and JavaScript, Salesforce Apex)

• Experience designing and building REST-based APIs

• Hands-on, Professional Experience with Web UI development, CSS, HTML, XML, and JavaScript (Angular 1 or 2, React)

• Proven experience in building and integrating enterprise-level applications on Salesforce CRM

• Experience with one or more RDBMS systems (PostgreSQL (Proffered), MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)

• Good understanding of transaction management and development in distributed systems

• Very knowledgeable in OOA/OOD and Design Patterns

• Well-versed in various Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, with an emphasis on Agile/Scrum

• Experience leading, managing, and developing innovative high-profile projects and partnerships (both internal and external)

• Ability to successfully navigate and execute multiple large-scale projects simultaneously

• Discreet and professional with excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication and networking skills

• Flexible project management style with the ability to quickly adapt and effect change

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

• Confident and clear communication skills, both written and verbal

• Have a strong work ethic, combined with an entrepreneurial spirit

• Flexibility and adaptability in a fluid, fast-moving, high-pressure, and results-oriented environment
