An Insider's view of Jumpcut

How does your team reward individual success?

Whether reward comes through bonuses, trophies at our all hands meetings or just a simple “great job” on Slack, my success is viewed as Jumpcut’s success. That’s never been unclear at a company that values “Helping People Grow”. It’s hard not to be thankful and even harder to not give my very best.

What's the biggest problem your team is solving?

At Jumpcut, our mission is to help our students learn valuable skills. Education is a tricky area because everyone is so different in the way they learn and absorb information. Our biggest challenge is building a flexible online educational platform that works for every single kind of student out there, no matter your background or learning style.

Product Manager

How does the company support your career growth?

I joined Jumpcut 10 mos. ago as a Customer Service intern - now I direct the entire CS team and am building our recruiting team, all while knowing that if I wanted to join a different department to learn new things, I'd be fully supported.

Point being: Jumpcut isn't kidding around when they say one of their core values is to "help people grow".

Customer Success Director

What are some things you learned at the company?

I originally was hired as a junior copywriter. I literally started out writing content emails. It's pretty crazy but over the course of 2 or 3 years, I ended up learning how to do product launches and learning how to put together marketing funnels that have made millions of dollars. It still sounds crazy to me.
