How you will contribute:

• As the technical domain owner for all dashboards and reports in PatientPop, direct and mentor teams as the lead architect and build dashboards and reports for PatientPop’s customers within the portal product. 
• Utilize a data collection engine to integrate 100+ sources and define data collection strategy with product and the data collection technology team 
• Creation of a content delivery platform to owned & operated properties and partner sites enhancing customers’ web presence.
• Participate as a member of the core group of engineering leaders throughout the organization
• Inspire, champion and teach when the need arises
• Demonstrate a mix of intelligence, integrity, domain knowledge, verbal agility, and diplomacy which allows you to rapidly earn the trust of engineers and product management leaders

Skills you’ll bring:

• 10+ years of experience as a software engineer
• 7+ years of experience in technical management
• 4+ years of experience managing other technical managers
• Technical roadmap evangelization and management
• Architecture visionary and best practices steward
• Experience with javascript based dashboard libraries (e.g. highcharts.js)
• Experience with data collection systems and workflow using patterns such as choreograph
• Experience with event-driven technologies (Kafka, kinesis, SQS, ActiveMQ)
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres, Redshift) 
• Experience data-driven access and scalable object-oriented RESTFUL web services
• Must have an understanding of distributed design patterns using cloud-based systems including AWS
• Leader of Test Driven Development (TDD) and Agile processes
• Team-oriented and collaborative, capacity to mentor team members of all levels
• Leadership ability, excellent written and verbal English skills.
