You will help to make ClickUp’s suggestion and predictive algorithms best-in-class by advocating for and implementing processes, tools, and systems. You will live and breathe internal business and external product opportunities which can be solved using data applications.

Your end-users will be both the ClickUp Team and the platform’s amazing users, meaning you will have a wide impact across the company.

The Role

• Generate ideas and implement those ideas for suggestion and prediction algorithms within the ClickUp platform.
• Partner closely with our product team to explore and understand user behavior.
• Apply your expertise in business analysis, data visualization, and data-mining to tell the story behind the numbers and derive actionable insights for management.
• Organize disparate facts and findings into powerful narratives that have broad application within ClickUp.
• Perform data analysis, quality assessments, cleaning, imputation, and data aggregation tasks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning or artificial intelligence.
• You are passionate about data, and you are comfortable with generating hypotheses and insights from it.
• You are knowledgeable with SQL and large databases.
• You are analytical and experienced in working both with qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive product decisions.
• You are a fast learner, adaptive, and feel at home in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• A strong self-starter, operationally-focused; a problem-solver.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
