This is a full-time position based in our El Segundo, California office.

The day-to-day

• Creating posts from the editorial calendar.
• Reviewing posts for completion and publishing content.
• Maintain internal process and training documents on Intranet.
• Work closely with Sr. Editorial Manager on ad hoc projects.
• Supporting editors in content creation across branded content campaigns.
• Working closely with Marketing and Video to help ensure campaigns run smoothly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English Journalism or similar
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite of programs with emphasis on Excel (Excel Power Users highly preferred)
• Self-starter
• Detail-oriented
• Strong writer*
• Excel or data entry experience a plus!
• Content management system experience (Word Press, for example) a plus!
• Interest in Familiarity with digital publishing platforms a plus!

*While strong writing skills are crucial to this role, this is not a writing based role.
