Procore is looking for a Sr. Manager/Director of Regional Marketing! You will lead an innovative team of Regional Marketers who are the nexus between their marketing region and respective sales accounts. You will align all regional teams globally, manage revenue targets, and the overall health of Sales and Marketing initiatives throughout all regions.

In addition, you will be responsible for developing and providing strategic regional outbound marketing initiatives in line with Regional Marketing’s objectives. You are an expert in client development and rapport, with a focus on long-term relationship building. You must be a critical thinker, extremely hands on, highly organized and detail-oriented. This position will work closely with all Marketing teams, Sales, Business Development and Customer Success and will interact with others in global functions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage, lead and develop individuals and a team of Regional Marketers
  • Provide a “high-touch” approach with the closure of mid-market and enterprise accounts, and help enhance any region’s marketing strategy.
  • Lead the expansion of Procore’s customer base and build strong relationships with current customers.
  • Complete immersion and mastery of Procore’s product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrate Procore’s platform in person and via screen sharing software when needed.
  • Outreach to construction companies and associations and target them to trade shows and chapters.
  • Plan and implement the tactical strategy to increase demand generation specific to the physical engagements produced to grow sales pipeline.
  • Lead meetings with the Regional Marketing Managers and team and be able to interpret sales forecasts and create boots on the ground approaches to meet revenue objectives.
  • Measure leads on all physical engagements utilizing Procore’s CRM and be able to interpret information created in periodic Regional Marketing review reports.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ experience managing a quota-driven sales or marketing team. Experience managing a remote and global team is highly desirable.
  • Ability to set objectives and development plans, and review and communicate performance criteria.
  • Customer and lead nurturing relationship management experience in B2B technology environment.
  • Highly collaborative nature and effective communication skill set via email, instant messaging, face to face, and over the phone as this role is extremely interactive and high profile.
  • Experience using a CRM platform, preferably Salesforce.
  • Proven success organizing, executing, and analyzing successful trade shows and presentations.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • A thorough understanding of the competitive construction software landscape and how to drive business through marketing and sales is preferred.
  • Bachelors’ Degree preferred.
