PatientPop - the first Practice Growth Platform serving the healthcare industry - helps practices grow, modernize their patient experience, and streamline their front-office. The company's SaaS platform manages the patient journey from first impression to the examining room, and picks-up again after treatment is complete to nurture and recall patients when the time is right.

We're looking for a highly motivated Director of Product Marketing to tell the story of our products to the market. You’ll lead go-to-market content & strategic messaging planning, and work closely with sales and marketing to drive the growth and momentum of our platform and services. You’ll also play a significant role in enabling our demand generation team and sales team to clearly articulate our value proposition and key differentiators to our target market. You'll be heavily involved in evangelizing our brand in a variety of areas, including events, analyst relations, media relations, webinars/videos, training materials, and more. You're a subject matter expert, with the ability to speak to the market on a variety of key topics and trends with clarity.

Responsibilities
  • Establish PatientPop as the dominant leader in the emerging Practice Growth category
  • Accountable for all product marketing work streams and outcomes including messaging, positioning, thought leadership, market awareness, demand generation and media/analyst engagement for the PatientPop practice growth platform
  • Deeply understand our products and services and the value they provide to different types of customers
  • Articulates the connection between technology, market position, strategy, and impact on customers to drive marketing decisions and programs
  • Develop compelling stories to strongly position our products and services, and explain key benefits
  • Drive Go-To-Market messaging and product launch plans and materials by partnering closely with sales, product, marketing, and executive teams, plus other stakeholders across the company
  • Empower and enable sales by developing and delivering compelling sales tools and training, for digital and print mediums
  • Evaluate the competitive landscape, perform win/loss analysis and create content that helps sales clearly articulate our key differentiators
  • Team with customer marketing to discover and develop powerful customer stories
  • Team with partner/reseller/channel marketing teams to develop and execute strategic marketing plans, communication, and collateral
  • Effectively present the PatientPop story via speaking/presentations at industry events, customer events, partner events, and to media 
  • Engage with industry and technology analysts and other influencers to solidify PatientPop market leadership
  • Develop media relationships and thought leadership credibility to further the PatientPop story

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required 
  • MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of SaaS product marketing or related experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment and set direction with multiple stakeholders involved
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering messaging and sales enablement materials that drive pipeline and revenue
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Superior project management skills
  • Highly effective presenter and storyteller who is comfortable in front of large audiences and can think quickly on their feet; highly responsive to tight deadlines
  • Ability to creatively turn information into audience-relevant compelling content
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence others without authority
  • Experience conducting market analysis and competitive research
  • Experience leading website and video content creation
