- Manage all measurement campaigns for Universal Ads
- Design experiments and learning agendas for advertisers to prove success
- Be the primary strategy driver for performance improvement across our top advertisers through a mix of learning-agenda strategies, experimental measurement design, analytics and client consultation.
- Translate business questions into analytical frameworks using a mix of A/B testing, incrementality, MMM, and other attribution approaches.
- Partner closely with client leads, product, and analytics teams to evolve measurement offerings.
- Support cross-functional initiatives including product feedback, client education, and case study development.
- Build compelling, data-backed narratives that guide media planning and investment decisions.

- Serve as a subject matter expert on CTV measurement standards, vendors, and KPIs.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in measurement/marketing science, media analytics, or a related field.
- Expertise in experimental design (A/B testing, geo holdouts), incrementality measurement, and attribution modeling.
- Strong data fluency; proficiency in SQL, Excel, and nice to have: one scripting language (e.g., Python or R).
- Proven experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Familiarity with CTV/linear TV ad buying platforms or measurement solutions (e.g., MMPs, attribution tools, DMPs/CDPs) and social ad buying platforms.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to translate complex analysis into clear business insights.
- Hands-on experience working with clients, ideally in a consultative or partner-facing capacity.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Nice to have: Understanding of DSPs and programmatic platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360).
