Job Summary (General Responsibilities)

The Director, Growth & Revenue Marketing is responsible for driving measurable demand, revenue growth, and customer lifetime value across Belkin’s digital ecosystem. This role owns the full-funnel growth engine, including performance marketing, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) growth, CRM/lifecycle marketing, marketplaces, and conversion optimization.
This leader blends commercial rigor with customer insight, partnering closely with Brand & Creative, Product Marketing, Sales, Regional Marketing, and Operations to scale efficient growth while protecting brand integrity. The role is accountable for growth strategy, execution, measurement, and optimization across paid, owned, and retail media channels.

Specific Responsibilities Include

  • Define and execute Belkin’s global growth and revenue marketing strategy aligned to company revenue goals and customer segments.
  • Own performance marketing across paid media, marketplaces, affiliate, and SEO/SEM channels.
  • Lead Direct-to-Consumer growth including acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention.
  • Own CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy including email, loyalty, and cross-sell programs.
  • Partner with Sales and marketplace teams to drive Amazon and retail media performance.
  • Establish and manage growth KPIs including CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate, and retention.
  • Drive experimentation and test-and-learn programs across media, messaging, and customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with Brand & Creative to ensure growth initiatives are brand-aligned.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and Data teams on attribution, forecasting, and analytics.
  • Manage external agencies, platforms, and growth marketing tools.
  • Build and lead a high-performing growth marketing team.
  • Create scalable processes for planning, execution, and performance review.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8–10+ years of experience in digital, growth, or revenue marketing roles.
  • Proven experience driving measurable growth for DTC or ecommerce brands.
  • Strong understanding of performance media, marketplaces, CRM, and attribution.
  • Experience operating in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven with strong commercial acumen.

Location:El Segundo, California

Range for this position:

$160,000 - $175,000

Factors such as geographic location, academic credentials, relevant experience, and specific knowledge, skills and abilities will influence the actual salary offered. In addition to a competitive market-based salary, compensation also includes a performance-based bonus, and in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
