Director of Corporate Marketing
We are seeking a B2B marketing expert to help fill our sales pipeline with highly targeted leads by developing & executing multi-touch marketing programs. This individual will be responsible for building cohesive marketing strategies including effective digital marketing campaigns, direct mail, email marketing, webinars, live events, & more.
You will develop & execute our go-to-market strategy for driving targeted leads in one or more of our verticals. You will collaborate with sales to define & identify our sweet spot leads & develop marketing programs to acquire them as customers. You will help optimize our marketing automation & lead nurturing processes through email, content, & social channels. The position will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, & will also work closely with other members of the corporate marketing team & broader organization. You will have a pool of 15 shared resources.
This position is an immediate hiring need.
Pay: Salary + Bonuses
- 3+ years proven track record of success in B2B with solid understanding of B2B demand generation principles; 5+ years overall digital marketing experience
- Analytical & metrics-driven, with a focus on maintaining positive ROI
- 2+ years of proven experience creating, executing, & optimizing effective lead acquisition campaigns
- Demonstrated success with multiple forms of demand generation, including paid search, direct mail, inbound marketing techniques, email marketing, SEO, & social media
- Experience with the following platforms:
- Hubspot &/or Salesforce
- MailChimp, Responsys, or similar email marketing platform
- Google Analytics & AdWords
- Hootsuite or other similar social media marketing platform
- Background or familiarity with home & professional services businesses i.e. plumbing, roofing, HVAC, electricians, & pest control
