FabFitFun is looking for a Director of Business Intelligence who will report under our Chief Product Officer. This self starter will provide the company with actionable business intelligence for our subscription based business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide reporting and analysis of all important metrics pertaining to subscription business
  • Use Looker or similar data exploration tool (Pentaho, Tableau) in conjunction with SQL
  • Business and User-oriented reporting, forecasting and analytics
  • Work cross-functionally with the engineering, finance, executive and marketing teams
  • Communicate important KPIs, metrics, and provide ad-hoc and recurring analysis across multiple teams and subjects.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Knowledge of subscription business models
  • Understanding of ETL methods
  • Redshift/ Bigquery saavy
  • Knowledge of SQL, R, Python, ETC
  • Knowledge of Looker, Pentaho, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Ability to lead a team and interact with stakeholders
  • Experience deriving important business objectives and metrics
  • Deep knowledge of how to present business metrics relating to subscription services
