The Prodege marketing team is seeking Director, Brand Marketing to engage with our users, customers, media, product and marketing partners to effectively tell our story.  Reporting to Prodege’s COO, this role is key to driving awareness of Prodege’s family of brands across all user touchpoints.  The ideal candidate thrives in a cross-functional role and collaborative environment and carries a deep understanding of our products and offerings. 

In addition, the Director, Brand Marketing will:

· Lead day-to-day marketing activities, including local insights collection and performance of our brands.  Monitor, analyze and deliver results to ensure brand marketing campaigns and product launches are meeting performance metrics.

· Create consistency with our consumer facing brands across all marketing channels by developing easy to understand marketing content, press releases, blogs, video content, landing pages, milestone celebrations, etc. that will illuminate experiences to consumers.

· Assess marketing opportunities for product releases, partnership marketing, and brand campaigns; coordinate short and long term promotional plans and execution by brand.

· Continue to define the competitive marketplace; identify target audiences and implement messaging frameworks.

· Plan, develop, analyze, and optimize content marketing programs, working with both internal and external creative and marketing partners.  (Content marketing may include landing pages, email marketing, blog posts, social media content, videos, graphics and animations, forum posts, experience articles, etc.).

· Manage marketing partnerships and sponsorships to drive brand awareness, developing branded videos, promotional display ads and co-branded social media campaigns.

· Develop communications briefs for the development of creative concepts and eventual execution of campaign materials (brand guide, paid media, social media, and more) as well as provide executional guidelines for activation.

· Manage forecasting, planning and budgeting including allocating resources & developing internal tools.

· Lead the brand team in developing brand marketing strategies and plans; identification of consumer needs and position activation strategies.

· Manage 3rd party partners, including research firms, advertising agencies, PR, promotion groups.

· Manage statements of work through the legal and approval process.

· Lead project plans and calendars for media launches drive deadlines. 

· Develop campaign launch decks and wrap-up reports.

 The successful Director,Brand Marketing will have the following qualifications:

· Minimum 8-10 years of relevant and proven brand management and strategy experience, preferably in an e-commerce, consumer facing platform(s).

· BA/BS, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field required, MBA is desired.

· Demonstrated analytical/qualitative and strategic thinking skills, strong excel skills a necessity.

· Experience using BI tools and dashboards to create reporting to track the business.

· Excellent written/verbal, time management and presentation skills.

· Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while paying attention to details along with the ability work effectively across a variety of functional groups.

· Knowledge of the business objectives related to marketing/brand management, demonstrated experience in forecasting, planning and budgeting. 

· Strong project management skills as demonstrated through previous campaign management or other past strategic marketing roles.

· Experience with Strategic Analysis through business planning, forecasting, or other similar evaluation process.  

· Demonstrated ability to develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns.

· Execution of owned, earned, and paid communications including print, retail, packaging, online advertising, social media, email, sponsorships, and promotions.
