MeUndies is a Los Angeles, CA-based underwear and loungewear company best known for its softer than soft basics. The innovative direct-to-consumer brand offers multiple purchasing options including singles, packs, matching pairs and its monthly membership. It opened its first flagship store in Los Angeles in 2018.

As a Digital Product Manager, you’ll join a cross-functional Digital Product team responsible for UX/UI design, Site Merchandising, and Digital Product Strategy. You’ll be a critical part of testing and innovation and will act as a key collaborative partner to our Engineering team within the broader Engineering + Digital Product organization. 


What you’ll do

  • Partner with Technical Project Manager to prioritize feature development to balance customer needs, business requirements, and technical feasibility
  • Work alongside UX/UI to conduct customer research, test and analyze new designs, and act as our internal voice of the customer in business discussions
  • Support engineers by serving as a source of truth on product needs as we deliver new site consumer-facing experiences as a part of our full technology re-architecture
  • Manage and optimize the e-commerce experience across multiple platforms as we develop and launch new features
  • Align with business owners in Consumer Insights, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Physical Product to map stakeholder needs and define feature requirements
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance of key e-commerce flows 
  • Own the experimentation process; identify opportunities for A/B testing, report on outcomes, make recommendations for optimization, and partner with the team to bring tests to life on site 
  • Ask questions and challenge assumptions; we are committed to growing as a department and you will be a part of defining that growth 
  • Communicate a vision for e-commerce excellence and rally our team behind that vision

What you have

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Product Manager, or 3-5 years of experience as a part of a software delivery team (design, engineering, or QA)
  • An understanding of and passion for product analytics; you consider yourself a power user of analytics software (Heap and/or Fullstory a plus!) and know how to to turn data into actionable insights
  • An entrepreneurial mindset; you’re excited about discovering new business opportunities and turning them into tangible customer experiences
  • Impeccable communication skills; you can break a complex problem down into achievable steps and communicate your plan with technical experts as well as business stakeholders
  • A passion for process improvement; you know when it’s time to tweak the process and when it’s time to start from scratch
  • Proven experience shipping, monitoring, and optimizing customer facing features
