About Us

The N2 Company is America’s leading publisher of community magazines. About The Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Digital Operations Manager to join the Hyport team. This role serves as the operational anchor for our digital product suite, ensuring every product runs smoothly from setup through delivery.

The Digital Operations Manager partners closely with the Product Managers to execute product vision through seamless delivery, strong process management, and consistent quality assurance. This position focuses on execution, coordination, and optimization, not on product development or strategy. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in structure, enjoys improving systems, and takes pride in ensuring efficient workflows and exceptional client experiences.

This is a fully remote position. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video call. The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000 annually, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

The Role in Action

  • Execute and oversee the operational delivery of Hyport’s digital products, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across production workflows.
  • Collaborate with product and production teams to implement processes, templates, and automation that improve speed and consistency.
  • Support client onboarding and campaign setup by coordinating launch tasks, configurations, and timelines across digital products.
  • Review client content and deliverables to ensure alignment with Hyport’s brand standards, messaging, and quality expectations.
  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support to Area Directors and internal teams for escalated questions or technical concerns.
  • Track and report on operational performance, identifying areas where automation or optimization can improve the client and team experience.
  • Partner with the Product Managers to ensure product updates, enhancements, and rollouts are operationally sound before launch.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and special projects that enhance delivery, process efficiency, and product success.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who will hit the ground running with:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, operations, or campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of key digital channels and tools—including social media, display advertising, email marketing, websites, and Google Business Profiles.
  • Exceptional organization and detail-oriented skills that thrives on building structure, improving processes, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Clear and confident communicator who can collaborate across teams and turn operational goals into actionable plans.
  • Flexible multitasking with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities while ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Comfortable using platforms such as Cloud Campaign, Go High Level, Google Business Profiles, and Monday.com (or similar tools).

Skills and Qualities that Set You Apart

  • Proactive problem solver who anticipates challenges and works collaboratively to resolve them.

Benefits Designed with You in MindHealth & Wellness
  • Full health care coverage for you and your family.
  • Complimentary basic dental coverage.
  • Access to a licensed nutritionist to support your health and wellness goals.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with complimentary mental health resources and additional support services.
Financial Security
  • 401(k) plan with a company match to help secure your financial future.
  • Financial planning services to guide you in achieving your financial goals.
  • $7,000 contribution toward the purchase of your first home through our First-Time Homebuyer Program.

Paid Leave

  • Paid time off, including a paid, week-long Holiday Break each year.
  • Three-week paid sabbatical after four years of service.
  • Paternal leave, including twelve weeks of paid maternity leave and two weeks of paid paternity leave.
Remote Work Support
  • Monthly remote-work reimbursement to assist with home office and internet expenses.
  • Flexible remote work options to suit your needs and lifestyle.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
