As a Digital Campaign Associate on the Client Success team, you will work closely with Client Success Managers and Directors in delivering high performing data-driven campaigns, using cutting edge technology.

We’re looking for a detail-focused marketing mind and creative problem solver with direct hands on experience supporting the delivery of data-driven email, digital, and social marketing campaigns. Your background with experience in digital marketing with strong communication, analytical, organizational, and technical skills is ideal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support management of digital media planning, buying, and trafficking
  • Analyze and create reports to communicate campaign delivery and other relevant metrics to clients and internally
  • Create other various marketing reports and presentations to support data-drive decision-making using Bridg’s unique data, including pulling/requesting data and performing analysis
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams (Customer Success, Data Science, Product teams)
  • Provide account support to CS team managers and directors

Desired Skills and Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Technology, Math, Science, or equivalent
  • 1+ years supporting digital marketing, social, and email campaigns
  • Familiarity with pulling data to prove campaign performance and to develop insights
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Solid Powerpoint skills
  • Quantitative skills and experience with analysis
  • Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and technical skills are required
  • Self-motivated and fast learner required
  • Bonus Skills and Background
  • Media/advertising agency experience and/or start-up experience
  • Some programming experience (HTML, SQL, VBA, Python, JavaScript, etc)
  • Experience with restaurant brands in marketing
  • Familiarity/experience with Facebook Power Editor, SendGrid, Keen, Terminal
