Why you're important to us:

A PatientPop a Website Designer will use a Square Space / Wix type platform to create websites for medical clients across the country.  They will be responsible for creatively finding ways to make each doctor’s website look unique and aesthetically pleasing while using PatientPop’s SEO formatted layouts.  They should also be prepared to assist other members of the web design team with tasks and projects when necessary.  

The Website Designer should be able to successfully balance their time between completing onboarding and post-launch design tasks.  Approximately 90% of their time should be spent completing onboarding design tasks (design tasks created before the website is live). A Website Designer will primarily design for single provider accounts.

The ideal candidate should be organized and results driven with a focus on achieving overall team productivity. With each completed design task, they will be responsible for maintaining a high standard for design and keen attention to detail, as well as nurture strong, collaborative cross-department relationships. They will be a champion for executing excellence, continually improving on their personal level of product and industry knowledge, and exercising best practices.


How you will contribute:

  • Maintain positive attitude
  • Responsible for completing pre-launch/onboarding design tasks
  • Create websites for our clients using our website templates (including any onboarding and post-launch design tasks)
  • Work with our Implementation Managers to iterate on designs, based on client feedback.
  • Work cross functionally with other departments for pre-launch and post-launch design.
  • Resolve all customer design requests in a timely, accurate manner.
  • Participates in team projects and initiatives
  • Occasionally speak with providers regarding the design of their website
  • Meet minimum productivity goals and deadlines


You will stand out with:

  • Minimum 1 year of professional design experience and/or a recent graduate from a design program
  • Proven time management and organizational skills
  • Skilled communicator, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, including attempting to solve problems before asking for assistance as well as leading projects, pilots, and task delegation)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
  • Demonstrated knowledge of color theory and image composition
  • Experience in HTML/CSS coding
  • Knowledge designing for mobile optimization and pagespeed
  • Ability to explain performance over aesthetics to customers and other teams
  • General understanding of how to design SEO driven websites.
  • A portfolio demonstrating graphic design principles and technical expertise.
  • Demonstrated understanding of user experience principles, web trends, standards, and best practices.

  • Outstanding organization and multitasking skills.
  • Extremely reliable and organized.  Meets all deadlines
  • Project management experience is a plus
