- Jackson Galaxy Enterprises is seeking a talented Web Designer who is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.
- The ultimate goal of this newly created position is to elevate the Jackson Galaxy brand identity across digital channels.
- Responsibilities
- Overhaul and optimize visual aesthetics of jacksongalaxy.com and related components;
- Create a user experience (UX) that makes site easier to navigate and visually appealing, enhancing user’s ability to find what they’re looking for
- Design attractive and alluring pages that are intuitive, functional and easily navigable
- Incorporate functionalities, features, layouts and page elements to optimize visual appeal
- Creating banners and landing pages to drive sales/leads
- Using responsive design to enhance mobile access
- Ensure that projects are produced, delivered and published on schedule.
- Requirements
- Knowledge of HTML, Javascript, WordPress, CSS and PHP
- Proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite
- Must be comfortable with Magento
- E-commerce experience necessary
- Familiarity with SEO and Digital Marketing
