Monarch is one of the largest online networks making it easier for clients to access mental health services and the dedicated professionals who provide them.

The Role

This role will work closely with our Monarch Marketing Manager and other members of the Monarch team to take ownership of all brand and editorial graphics. You’ll start by learning and owning the existing brand, and build graphics within the current framework. After understanding the Monarch mission and voice, your responsibilities will expand to content marketing, branding, and more.

This is an incredible opportunity for an ambitious visual designer to earn the responsibility of designing for and contributing to a product that supports therapy seekers across the nation. There is plenty of room for organic growth and mentorship within the Monarch team and throughout the entire company. What you'll do day-to-day

• Own consistency across marketing graphics for social media, content marketing, email, website, blog, and print materials
• Create delightful visual experiences that emotionally resonate with therapy seekers and clients
• Translate complex topics or data into engaging & compelling infographics 
• Iteratively test social media, email, and print graphics
• Organize and maintain a visual library of photography and illustrations
• Work collaboratively with the creative team members to find the best possible design outcomes
• Maintain a profound interest in the world around you—culture, music, film, sports, art, writing, entertainment

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design/editorial design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma, Canva
• Familiarity with photography, vector illustration, and iconography
• Basic animation skill is a plus
• UX design experience is a plus
