We are seeking a part-time/contract (15-20 hours a week) Visual Designer to join our B2C team. Our team produces advertorial designs for the Sales team, working with retail clients and the Marketing team, creating original designs for promotional campaigns. This is a fast-paced production role that requires flexibility, excellent problem solving skills, attention to details, strong communication skills and a passion for good design. Our ideal candidate should be well versed in design terminology, typography, conceptual layout design, have an eye for photography and be a team player. All of our team members work together to create a successful working environment by contributing to brainstorm sessions and design growth by sharing their skills with everyone. 

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, portfolio required
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Excellent visual design skills
• Ability to solve problems 
• Self starter and can work independently  
• Project management, design from concept to completion
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism
• Understanding of marketing, production, corporate identity and advertising

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
• 3-5 years experience as a graphic designer (agency or corporate)
• Proficiency with desktop publishing tools, Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, etc. 
• Skills with animation software is a plus, After Effects, Premiere, etc.
