Who we're looking for:

An experienced and creative UX/UI designer with web design experience to join our Ecommerce team. In this role, you are an advocate for our Ecommerce customers. You will need to define and design experiences that solve the challenges of Zwift Ecommerce customers. You will collaborate with fellow UX/UI designers, product managers, brand, marketing, merchandising and engineers to support a global Ecommerce experience. You’ll have an organized approach to bringing polished designs to life, efficiently and thoughtfully. This position also requires the ability to work with and manage multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this position also has working knowledge of Ecommerce platforms.

What you'll do:

• Influence the design direction of the product with data while implementing user journeys, quality wireframes, precise mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Own design problems from end to end and partner with product and engineering to build and ship new products.
• Level-Up Zwift’s product design practice by contributing to a design system that could scale across all platforms.
• Act as a Zwifter advocate to ensure the highest level of usability in everything you create.

What we're looking for:

• Outstanding portfolio of digital product designs demonstrating your ability to delight users with elegant and seamless designs
• 4-6 years of product design experience in B2C products
• Shipped products
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, responsive web design, and data visualization
• A thorough grasp of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy, especially when it comes to navigation
• Expert knowledge of design tools such as Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite and experience with prototyping tools such as Invision and Principle.
• A sharp eye on the details. You should be able to tell a UI component is off by 3 pixels, whether or not the right drop-shadow shade is applied or the right typeface is being used.
• Understanding of modern HTML and CSS capabilities and limitations
• Comfortable both providing and receiving objective feedback, and eager to problem solve collaboratively
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and raise questions when ambiguity arises
• Partner with internal teams to iterate on the user experience based on customer feedback
• Ability to build key partnerships with engineering, UX design, marketing, brand and merchandising
• Enthusiasm in joining a fun, energetic team with a variety of personalities
