What You'll Do

  • Be our go-to person for recruiting the right participants for all user research.
  • Manage the end-to-end participant recruitment process for studies happening remote, in the field, at Bird HQ, or at customer homes. This includes screening candidates, scheduling them, communicating with them before and after the study, and ensuring they are compensated.
  • Be the key contact and owner of UX research tools (Calendly, Lookback, and more).
  • Moderate studies and/or take notes during research sessions.
  • Organize research findings on Airtable so that the entire organization can access and quickly get up-to-speed on the latest customer insights.
  • Plan meetings with Product, Design, Engineering, Ops, and Government Relations to field research requests and share relevant research results.

What You'll Need

  • Curious and passionate about providing our customers with the best experience possible
  • A people person who loves to interact with everyone and anyone and ensure our customers are comfortable while they participate in research with us
  • Highly organized and detail-obsessed
  • Great at managing multiple streams of work at once
  • Experience in administrative duties, project management, process improvement, customer service or related field
  • Egoless, self-starting, team player
