UX/UI Designer

Centerfield drives more than two million sales each year for residential services, business services and telecommunications brands such as AT&T, Charter Spectrum and Frontier Communications. Our technology platform, Dugout, and leading consumer guides engage with in-market consumers to help them purchase the right product or service, including internet connections, TV plans, phone, and security, for their home and business.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join us in building proprietary AdTech and sales center product initiatives that are ultimately aimed at growing engagement and quality while improving the user experience. You must be adaptable, flexible and empathetic with a true passion for UX/UI/Product Design. You must have practical experience working with advertising technology, SaaS, or Ecommerce. This is an onsite role where you will be working closely with a team of engineers, executives and a Product Manager to ship quality products.

Responsibilities

  • Own product design and create low-fi/hi-fi mockups and prototypes with use of current UI trends
  • Create user flows, sitemaps with an understanding of information architecture of complex systems
  • Forecast and measure the benefits of enhancement and changes to products
  • Schedule and run user testing on prototypes to validate visual design and interactions
  • Work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, QA and analytics to ship products
  • Management of style guides and product specs to ensure uniformity across all our products
  • Management of Jira, Google Analytics, Crazy Egg and other optimization platforms

Requirements

  • 2+ Years of experience designing and shipping desktop/responsive applications in an agile framework
  • Strong online portfolio showcasing your design work and problem-solving skillset
  • Proficient in Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design/prototyping tools such as Invision and Zeplin
  • Strong communication and presentation skills as you’ll be expected to communicate design decisions to business stakeholders, leadership, engineers and product managers
  • Experience with user testing and research tools
  • Experience and/or knowledge with code (HTML, CSS, JS) and front-end development frameworks
  • Technical and strategic thinker with a strong emphasis on Human-Computer Interaction and Design
