UI/UX Designer - You care equally about aesthetics, utility and users. You’re a sharp, strong visual communicator, with a background iterating ideas. You speak in patterns and love design systems. As a UI/UX Designer at NuORDER, you’ll collaborate with our Product and Development teams to synthesize input, ideas and research into a wide range of UX and UI deliverables, helping us create real value to the large brands and 1000s of users who use our platform everyday.

You will:

• Bring clarity to complex B2B problems
• Build wireframes, prototypes and other UX deliverables
• Work on our Design System, create consistency and improve our product’s aesthetic.
• Collaborate with an awesome Development team
• Immediately have a large impact
• Have a large amount of autonomy

You bring:

• 4+ years of experience in UX and Visual Design
• A large design skill set for the entire product design process. Full grasp of UX and Front End best practices. (strategy, concept, execution, visual, launch)
• Solid on design fundamentals. Meticulous eyes. Care passionately about details. Can get pixel perfect.
• Experience with designing for mobile and multiple devices.
• High proficiency with prototyping and design tools (motion a plus)
• Experience working with development team (code a plus)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ecommerce experience a plus
• B2B experience a plus
